Registration Fee 

There is a non-refundable registration fee  of $50 that will go towards the following:

Prizes for the Piano Rewards Program

Recital cost (church rental, refreshments, photographer & videographer)

 Extra learning material

Photocopying costs

Missed or Cancelled Lessons

If your child is unable to attend a lesson, you must notify myself 24 hours prior to their lesson time.  Make-up lessons will be scheduled before the end of the month depending on my availability.

Lesson cancellations without proper notification will not allow for a make-up lesson and there will be no refund.

Payment

Full payment is to be made at the beginning of each month.  Lessons will be paid according to the number of lessons in the month (excluding statutory holidays).  A receipt will be issued once payment has been received.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made in the form of cash, email money transfer or personal cheque .  Post dated cheques are also welcome.

If your cheque is rejected by the bank, a late payment fee of $25.00 will be charged on top of that month's payment.

Late Payment

If payment is not received before your child's next scheduled lesson, a late payment fee of $10 will be charged on top of that month's payment.

Lesson Termination

Your child will be dismissed if any of the following circumstances occur:

Consistent lack of practice

Persistent absences (with or without notification)

Failure to submit payment on time
